Group Medical Insurance
Your choice of four types of medical plans provides access to managed care and networks of physicians.
Group Dental Insurance
The plan offers three options; each option includes access to a network of dentists.
Group Vision Care (VSP)
VSP is a network of vision professionals who offer discounted eye exams, glasses and contact lenses.
Employee Assistance Program
This program offers licensed, professional counselors and referral services to assist with certain behavioral/emotional health, legal, financial and other issues. RBF’s plan provides eight paid sessions with a counselor per family member, per incident.
Life Insurance
RBF provides $50,000 basic life insurance, with an accidental death double indemnity rider. Additional voluntary coverage is available to help you provide extra coverage for your family.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment
RBF provides $50,000 of benefit to the employee.
Extended Illness Bank
RBF offers an optional short-term disability program for employees.
Long-Term Disability
In the event a regular full-time employee of RBF becomes disabled, he or she becomes eligible for long-term disability after a 90-day elimination period.
Flexible Spending Plan
This plan allows pre-tax payroll deductions to be used for dependent care, out of pocket medical, dental and vision expenses, certain insurance premiums, and eligible transit/parking expenses.
529 College Savings Plan
This plan is a qualified tuition program designated specifically to save for an individual's higher education by making after tax contributions to one or more accounts that “grows” tax free.
401(k) Salary Savings Plan
You can elect to defer up to the maximum allowable of your pre-tax earnings. RBF will match 100% of the first $1,000 of your contribution and forty cents on the dollar for every dollar contributed above $1,000.
Profit Sharing Plan
RBF makes discretionary contributions of the Profit Sharing Plan based upon profitability of the Company for the year.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
RBF provides paid time off for personal leave, to help balance your personal and professional obligations.
Paid Holidays
RBF provides nine paid holidays per year. This includes eight standard holidays and one “floating” holiday to be set at the beginning of each year.
Jury Duty Pay
RBF pays for five (5) days of jury duty service.
Bereavement Pay
Up to three days (24 hours) of paid bereavement due to the death of an immediate family member.
Continuing Education Reimbursement
To help you in your professional development, RBF will reimburse 100% of tuition costs for pre-approved courses that are successfully completed.
