Founded in 1944, RBF provides consulting services for planning, design and construction of the built environment and is currently ranked #89 by Engineering News Record (ENR) Magazine. RBF is one of the most prominent consulting firms in the Western United States. We provide our services to both public and private sector clients, both nationally and internationally, in a timely, cost effective and innovative manner while providing quality and responsive service by a highly qualified and experienced staff of 600 professionals in 16 locations.

• Surveying and Construction Management including resident engineering and inspection
