Lake Las Vegas Resort, a 2,245-acre residential and resort community surrounding a privately owned 320-acre man-made lake with ten miles of shoreline, features a mix of premier residential developments and an international lakeside resort hotel all highlighted by four world-class golf courses. In addition, a third golf course designed by world renowned Golf Course Architect, Tom Weiskoph, will be open for play in Spring 2002. RBF provided engineering, surveying, and mapping services and was responsible for a variety of projects within the development, including grading plan design, earthwork logistics consultation, subdivision engineering, and topographic mapping.
